Customer Care Policy


We understand the need to have a modern and effective policy that describes our attitude to customer care. On a day to day basis the Unit Manager is available to respond to requests and comments from both adults and pupils.

Operations Managers visit and monitor standards in kitchens and during visits they will actively seek the views of customers concerning the standard of catering service. Following consultation with the school and as necessary, an action plan will be agreed and implemented so that service standards can continue to develop and improve.
